Esperanza is a plastic waste management company based in India, offering reliable closed loop solutions to large conglomerates and small businesses for the sustainable recycling of plastics. Esperanza works closely with waste pickers for ethical sourcing of plastic scrap, giving them fair income opportunities, medical assistance and helping in improving their livelihood. With an eye on gender parity, we employ over 60 per cent women across our facilities, giving the women dignity and social standing in community. We at Esperanza have recycled 54,00,000 kilos of plastic waste till now.
