Quatre Molins is the gastronomic space run by chef Rafel Muria, a gastronomic project born from the union of Celler Ronadelles and Art Muria. Quatre Molins is formed by a team of people whose passion is for both honey and wine, creating a top quality cuisine using local sourced products with a touch of culinary creativity.
Recently, our restaurant has been awarded and distinguished with recognitions such as the Michelin Star (being the first restaurant to receive it in the Priorat region) and the revelation chef 2021 by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy and Nutrition.
