Esperanza is a plastic waste management company based in India, offering reliable closed loop solutions to large conglomerates and small businesses for the sustainable recycling of plastics. Esperanza works closely with waste pickers for ethical sourcing of plastic scrap, educating on material handling & segregation knowledge, giving them fair income opportunities, medical care and helping them improve their livelihoods in India. With an eye on gender parity, we employ over 60 per cent women across our facilities, giving the women dignity and social standing in community. We at Esperanza have recycled around 5.4 million kilos of plastic waste till now.
