J&S Reciclagens is a recycling company based in Maracanaú, Ceará (Brazil), specializing in the collection, manual sorting, and commercialization of recyclable paper and cardboard. We work in partnership with local businesses, supermarkets, and associations to promote proper waste separation and reintegrate recyclable materials into the industrial chain as raw material.
Our process is legally compliant and socially inclusive, employing local waste pickers and investing in environmental education, safety training, and dignified working conditions. Through our partnership with Plastiks, we aim to expand our monthly recycling capacity from 180,000 kg to 280,000 kg, with investments in sustainable logistics and protective equipment. J&S Reciclagens is committed to generating traceable environmental impact and inclusive economic development in one of Brazil’s most vulnerable regions.
